Experience, Knowledge and Process.
Three E-Z to remember words that will skyrocket your expert status among your tribe. The goal is for your tribe to have confidence in you as a person so when they select to do business with you they already trust you.
I was trying to find the best way to help you understand how to make this happen and that’s when I discovered these three words: experience, knowledge, and process.
- Experience – make sure to promote your experience on your platforms in your about me section. It’s not the time to sell yourself short. You need to take the opportunity to list your years in study and business making it clear that your leadership has a solid foundation.
- Knowledge – speaking of the solid foundation, your education is the next focus. Whether this is formal or informal education sharing your skill set is vital to building your credibility. Sharing can occur through one-on-one conversations and via your social platforms. The ability to lead comes from knowing where your tribe is at and how to guide them to their next level.
- Process – and speaking of next level… this is your own secret sauce to the success of your journey. You are clearly leading customers and they are following, but what is your “HOW” – how are you accomplishing this journey? For me, with you, we follow the 5 C’s process of Credibility, Content, Consistency, Customers and Cash… this is our guide to building a strong tribe. Now it’s your turn to share your success process to using your business.
Leading is more than just asking people to follow. You may get some people to take you up on the offer to follow you – but… if you cannot back up your offer with experience, knowledge, and a solid process they will not stay.
If you are able to build the confidence using these three words as your guide you are well on your way to giving your tribe a wonderful gift of leadership.
