On to the tip of the day… I stayed at a hotel and just loved this coffee set up. It’s pretty! You feel special when you walk in the room. This set up is in the center of the room, right on the corner of the dresser. It has a beautiful box and everything is arranged in perfectly designed compartments.
The feeling you get is that this place has it’s act together.
Other hotel rooms have a coffee maker and next to it there might be a tray with the prepackaged sugar/stirrer set. And you know, it’s appreciated.
But this… this was created by someone that loves coffee.
I’m telling you about this because you can use it to take your “welcome” process to the next level. Think about this coffee packet as a magic moment for the customer. What type of magic moments to you have right now… what’s your information/welcome packet or even as simple was what’s your shopping bag like?
Use this coffee station as the opportunity to evaluate what your first impression “free” thing is for your customer and take it to the next level.
