Today’s tip is a fun way of “rethinking” how you do shipping.
If you’re selling something online, shipping is a reality. You may have an Infinity Product that is digital and rejuvenates over and over… however, if that’s not the case then we need to figure out how to get shipping paid.
If you sell your widget for $4 and it costs $6 to ship – that’s kind of a bummer that your customer notices.
But what happens if you create a cool T shirt. This cool T shirt costs you $7 to produce and $6 to ship… and you sell it for $15. However, when a customer buys this shirt they get free shipping for the widget? Therefore you make $3 on the shirt AND you sell the widget! The shipping cost is built into the price via the T shirt…
YEA! Brilliant.
Start to get creative on your shipping and it will pay off!
