It’s not hard, it doesn’t cost a lot of money — but talk with your customers like they are friends. After all, there are times you’ll say things that shock your friends, right?
So use silly, shocking, and even dumb facts and stats! It’s a great conversation starter… think of it almost like what you can read in a fortune cookie… short and shocking.
