Friday: Big Money Small Change

Yesterday I was checking out my feed and it was fun to “get lost” and start looking at the profile of a couple teachers.

I know, it’s odd, but I haven’t been in 4th grade for a loooooong time.  I was doing research to see what teachers think/do/wear… etc.

Needless to say, it was fascinating.

But the thing that “got me” was that they are genuinely helpful.  The four I researched often shared tips and hints with how to improve the lives of their students.

More than any other type of “business” you could genuinely understand the caring nature of the people.

Then I came across this post

Wow. Right?

If you’re not hungry, or you’re not in a classroom – this just isn’t a problem you think about.

But what a great way to help your tribe.  You’re not calling out an individual, you’re not pointing a spotlight on a particular helping facility.

You are creating information that makes YOU valuable to your tribe.

It’s a great example of how to build loyalty with your tribe by providing information they desire.

I’m not a teacher, but this one post “got me” I totally understood the person leading this tribe.  Nice person.

Today – get personal and share the information your tribe needs!
