When I said you have the power to attract people you want to work with it’s impossible to wrap your head around the concept that you may be best served by turning away business.
That’s a crazy concept… or is it?
Are you really the best person to serve a customer… yes, the money is desirable, but often a business will get into trouble when it doesn’t say “no”.
This is when you need to rely on your brand.

When you mesh with a customer it’s awesome. But when you clash… bluck – it’s icky. The kind of icky that makes you not want to get out of bed in the morning.
