BUT
Sometimes “things happen” that are unforeseen. And what do you do? Do you give up… probably not — you just adjust.
Adjusting is the one characteristic that is most important to function through the “downs” of your day. Your best plan will come undone… you employees will freak out… and ultimately it’s because they have never failed, like you!
So go out there, be a failure… you’ll be happy you did!
