Now… what the heck am I talking about? Well, when you are a landlord, one great way to get a better renter is to do improvements to the property and increase the rent.
The same is true of your mind. If you feel overwhelmed with negativity, you’ve got to get out of your own way and find better inputs.
Just like if you eat cookies and chips you feel, blah, yuk and gross… if you listen to negative messages, you will feel blah, yuk and gross.
So to quickly improve your attitude, change your inputs.
